The rooftop pool offers such beauty with the sunset. the complimentary breakfast surprised me. It exceeded any typical buffet. i found the staff very kind and helpful.
music played loudly until very late from a nearby venue. this disrupted my sleep, i wish for soundproofing or notifications about possible disturbances.

late towels defective machine
the staff wasn't very attentive. i asked for extra towels, and it took over an hour to get them. also, the in-room coffee machine didn't work! it was frustrating because i really needed that coffee, and no one came to fix it even after i called. the whole experience left me pretty annoyed. the towels were late and the machine defective.

excellent location comfortable bed
the location was excellent i was near many restaurants and bars a definite plus. the room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable for restful sleep.
some stains were visible on the bathroom wall a minor issue nonetheless.
